Greg’s airbrush and tattoo academy was started in 2021 as a way to open opportunities for aspiring artists to become licenced without the gatekeeping and shenanigans that were a part of the traditional apprenticeship process. greg’s personal experience getting his own licence gave him the passion to open the door for others so that they wouldn’t have the same struggles getting a foothold in the industry.

OUR TATTOO ACADEMY PROGRAM MEETS ALL STATE GUIDELINES AND IS APPROVED BY VIRGINIA DPOR.

TO ATTEND YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE, BE ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES REGULARLY, COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS (INCLUDING PAYING THE $200 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE, SIGNING ALL STUDENT AGREEMENTS, ESTABLISHING YOUR OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE SCHEDULE, AND PAYING TUITION OR ENTERING INTO A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SCHOOL), HAVE GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE, AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE.

TUITION IS $10,000 (DOES NOT INCLUDE APPLICATION FEE) FOR THE 1000 HOUR COURSE.

THE COURSE COVERS EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW TO PASS THE STATE EXAM AS WELL AS SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO HELP YOU IN THE MODERN TATTOO INDUSTRY. THIS INCLUDES SANITATION, MEDICAL INFORMATION, ART THEORY, PRACTICAL SKILLS, EQUIPMENT, AND MUCH MORE..
